great hospitality but narrow staircase
The night staff welcomed us warmly and were very attentive to our needs. Our room exceeded expectations in size and comfort, and the breakfast offered a delightful start to the day.
The staircase leading to the rooms is quite narrow, which might be difficult with larger luggage.

Had an amazing time with friends! We explored the Cotswold Water Park and went wakeboarding which was a blast. The place is perfectly located, and the staff are super friendly. Breakfast was awesome with plenty of options. Can't complain about the atmosphere here!
The only downside was the room cleanliness. we found some dust and cobwebs that could've been taken care of better. It's a minor issue but worth a mention.

We stayed in a Character Double Room. It had charm and was clean, but the decor felt a bit dated. The lighting was pretty dark, which made the room feel smaller and more cramped than expected. The bed was comfy enough, but a little more brightness would have really helped. the bathroom was tiny and awkwardly laid out.

We had an amazing time at this lovely place! The food was exceptional. I particularly enjoyed the fantastic fish & chips in the evening. Breakfast was a treat with friendly service. Plus, the atmosphere in the pub was perfect for our family and three dogs!
My wife says that the noise from the courtyard could be disturbing at night. A better soundproofing would really help families searching for quiet.

Ideal for family get-togethers
Had a great time during our short stay with the family. The staff were so friendly and cute, really stood out for me. The breakfast was excellent, with so many choices and they let us take our time-perfect start to the day! I remember the cookies in our room every day, a nice touch to have those waiting for us.
It wasn’t exactly pocket change but still pretty reasonable for what you get.
